FAQ

EARRINGS

All earrings are handmade, so there will be slight variations in each piece, making each a unique pair. Please be comfortable with this prior to ordering. 

PAYMENT

Accepted modes of payments are VISA and Mastercard. We also accept PayNow and PayLah for Singapore residents. We will not be liable in the event of a wrong transfer to an incorrect mobile number while using PayNow and/or PayLah payment method. 

FULFILMENT

Orders will only be fulfilled after payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfill orders when we have not received payment

PACKAGING

We will typically pack all earrings in a single packaging. However, if it's meant to be a gift, kindly email us at claymyway.sg@gmail.com with your order number and indicate the item you'll like us to pack separately. Do let us know if you'll like to add a personalised message to a simple gift tag too (capped at 80 characters max).  

DELIVERY

The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our website. Please refer to our Delivery Info for more details.

Orders are processed and dispatched via Singpost Smartpac within 3 - 4 working days. Do ensure that the delivery address submitted is correct. Additional shipping cost will apply for subsequent delivery of returned packages. 

INCORRECT ITEM

If you've received the wrong item, at contact us at claymyway.sg@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. Please note that items must be unworn, unaltered, and with packaging intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.
